Are you a person who takes things too seriously? Then what you are doing is “想不开” (Xiǎngbùkāi), and an easy way to remember that is to look at what each word means:

  • 想 (Xiǎng)means “to think”, and
  • 不 (bù)means “no” or “not”, and
